Please answer the following questions as accurately and honestly as possible so that we can properly consider your admission into our program. We can make accommodations for all ability levels and backgrounds. Therefore, even if you don't know the Arabic alphabet, you may still be admitted on a probationary basis.

I understand that in reviewing my application, Imam Ali Seminary will receive from other individuals and organizations information and materials relating to my personal, academic and professional background. I agree that this application and all of its enclosures are the property of Imam Ali Seminary and I waive the right to inspect this material if I am denied admission to the program.

I also authorized the Admission Office of Imam Ali Seminary to release, as it deems appropriate, my quarterly grade reports and/or cumulative GPA during the time I am a student at Imam Ali Seminary to agencies, institutions or others involved in providing funds for my education. I agree to abide by the policies, rules, and regulations of Imam Ali Seminary.

I understand that withholding information or giving false information on this application or other materials provided for admission will make me ineligible for admission to Imam Ali Seminary and/or result in termination of enrollment at Imam Ali Seminary.
